F r a m e o f w o r k:
- Chairman Punjab Hockey Academies has the authority and responsibility for all the working, decision making and development of the Punjab Hockey Academies. The Chairman will make all the appointments of the management for the sub academies in coordination with the officials.
- Punjab hockey academies works only for the improvement and development of the National game at grass root level.
- Proper Qualified Managers and Coaches have been appointed at local level where sub academies have been launched.
- Proper training has been given there with and proper feedback is being provided by Punjab Hockey Academies.
- Proper training, nutrition and development plans have been given by the to different sub academies for implementation.
- Proper Monitoring system has been designed for check and balance.
- Through coordination, involvement of District Hockey Associations, District Government and Punjab Government has been started for improvement and for the solution of various problems that might occur.
- District Coordination Officers has been appointed as Patron of each sub academy for better working at District level.
- Due to the unavailability of resources, a marketing department has also been established.
- We are also struggling to involve relevant education and awareness for the youngsters.
- We are providing maximum equipment support to each sub Academy.
