Introduction:
Academies System was established in August 2005. First time in history of Pakistan Hockey, the Academies system has been launched. The founder of this system is Mr. Khusru Pervaiz Khan, Home Secretary Government of Punjab and also Patron-in-Chief of the Academies.
Now, in Punjab, almost 21 Hockey Academies has been launched in different Districts with the coordination of District Hockey Associations. Punjab Hockey Academies is an institution which is trying to bring the young talent from District level and then develop this talent for the international level through proper channel.

Office:
The office of Punjab Hockey Academies is situated in National Hockey Stadium and following are the main office bearers:

Final Words…
	Keeping in view the current decline of the national sport, an idea was developed to establish Punjab Hockey Academies to work and contribute to the efforts of regaining the excellence culture of Pakistan Hockey. The struggle can produce better results through professional training and coaching of the new talent and then inducting this talent into district, regional, provincial and national teams.
